The staff here were super friendly and awesome 😊 I really appreciated having a key card that you just tap, a TV with lots of channels, and a desk in the spacious and modern room. the meal I had at the restaurant was top-notch too!

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Cieplice Zdrój. the location was perfect, right in the center in front of the park and only a short walk from the local train station. the room itself was spacious and beautifully furnished with antique pieces. the staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. One highlight was the excellent restaurant, Restauracja Caspar, where we enjoyed delicious meals. the breakfast provided was also great, with a good variety of options. Plus, the fact that the hotel is pet friendly was a big bonus for us. Cons: N/A.

The central location of this hotel in Cieplice Zdrój is perfect for exploring the charming old-school resort with thermal baths, one of which is within walking distance. You can spend your evenings sitting in the café-restaurants at the hotel entrance, enjoying the unique and quiet atmosphere. The staff provided excellent service, and the basic amenities in the rooms, including a big desk, were nice and quite comfortable. The breakfast was very good, and we also enjoyed other meals in the restaurant.

The location and surroundings were picturesque, with a nearby thermal bath. The staff was helpful and friendly. The in-house restaurant served exceptional food. The hotel had a charming mix of old and modern elements.

The rooms at Hotel Restauracja Caspar are absolutely amazing! They are so stylish and modern, with a cozy feel. The bathrooms are fantastic, with a refreshing shower and a hair dryer for convenience. I really loved the free wifi in the rooms, it made it easy for me to stay connected with my friends and family. The monitored parking was a great feature, it gave me peace of mind knowing that my car was safe and secure during my stay.

Personally, I found the showers a bit small, but that's just my opinion.

The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. the carpets and bathroom could benefit from a deeper clean, and the towels were worn and stained.
